Amtrak Empire Service

Pros: Getting tickets online was easy. The Niagara falls new terminal is lovely. Your seats are very comfy. This is sooo much nicer than flying. Cons: I would feel safer if there were seatbelts. Tips: Pack light. The overhead shelves are convenient, but even a 30 lb bag is heavy to lift.
