Pros: Overall good experience. First time on the train, and train was cancelled from utika to NY due to derailment. However, was abke to rebook it with no problem from the other city. Cons: Overall everything is great. However, the train station intslef could have free Wi-Fi. Train had Wi-Fi, but not the train station. Tips: Check your emails and train schedules.
