The Amtrak train station in Newport News is a low, white-brick building at 9304 Warwick Blvd. This is adjacent to Highway 60, near Huntington Park and the Plaza at Newmarket. Amtrak's Northeast Regional trains and Thruway buses stop at the station in Newport News. The station has a waiting room with restrooms and vending machines, but there are not many amenities in the immediate area surrounding the station.
