Amtrak Empire Builder

Pros: Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cons: This is not the fault of staff but there was a man on the train talking to himself and saying rather frightening things about how many people he had killed and just talking crazy. The conductor handled it very well and sat next to him and told him he was scaring people and he needed to stop. Perhaps there should be better safety measures in place for stuff like this but not sure what that would be. The conductor handled it very well.
