Pros: Prompt departure and arrival! Clean bus! Easy access from the Denver airport to Union Station! And mostly the DRIVER!! Terry was careful and friendly and helpful as Steve was my last Bustang trip. It was like I had a family member pick me up from a long trip and took me home. I love the Bustang. Cons: Directions to the gate as you enter the bus area would help. Also, the info about bus arrivals could be clearer. (Greyhound vs. Bustang) 1st-timers are confused by the "Colorado Springs" destination/2 pm departure sign. "Southbound/ 1:50" would be more accurate. Tips: The drivers REALLY appreciate (and deserve) a tip. Also, don't count on a toilet on the bus- They do stop at a rest stop in Fairplay.

Pros: Very friendly bus driver! Cons: The bus ride was 5 star, no question. Trying to find the right bus was dang near impossible. Poorly marked signage (very little signage). My daughter ran all over Union Station trying to find out which bus went to Salida. While we ultimately found the right one, it was a ridiculous and time consuming. And very few seats available while waiting. My gripe is with Union Station, not the actual bus ride. Tips: Arrive very early if you’re not familiar with Union Station.

Pros: Our driver was helpful and professional. We were late only because a passenger was slow at the rest stop but he was kind and respectful of her when she finally returned to the bus. This is a great service and we are so glad to know about it. Cons: We would love to have service from Salida to Durango and back! Tips: Be sure to give the driver a tip- he works for it!!
