Pros: The driver Kelly was excellent—friendly, efficient, and drove very smoothly. Best bus driver I’ve had on these kinds of buses. I’m a digital nomad so travel all the time and freelance so don’t make much so the combination of value and excellent driving made me rethink taking the bus. Cons: Maybe put a sign up if possible on the post by the New Haven stop. I won’t travel that route again probably but everyone had a tough time knowing where to stand even though you had clear instructions on the website. Tips: Read the website directions for where the buses stop.

Pros: There was comfort in the bus and what I love about the bus is the fact that the driver drives carefully. Cons: I think the bus needs to have a socket where phones and other devices can be plugged. Tips: Patience when driving passengers.

Pros: I got to new york on time that was my biggest concern. Because I had someone waiting on me. Cons: The internet service. I was not able to stay logged in for to long. It kept on buffing. Tips: They should consider the person sitting next to them.

Pros: Exploring New Places. Cons: Cleanliness. Tips: Yes, I would recommend Greyhound Buses. In the context of price, on time, and going around in many parts of the U.S cities.

Pros: It was an hour late getting out of Boston but left only a half hour late in New Haven and got into New York only 15 min. late. He went a way I have never done but enjoyed the different route. I don't think there was WiFi as the phone didn't work but didn't care. Cons: All good.

Pros: An air-conditioned cabin/waiting area is very needed in the extreme weather, so that was good that I could wait inside the doors at the Greyhound station. Cons: It was a bit unclear to me where I need to wait so that was a little stressful. Tips: Stay inside the Greyhound terminal.
