Pros: price that we found on Wandery. and, no needs to drive a car. Cons: all staff should be working all the time (coming to each car more often, checking the passengers, keep clean toilets area, etc.). Tips: keep in mind that trains can be late, and very late on their arriving schedules. so, make you plans accordingly.
