Pros: I am a senior,traveling with grandson. They put us in Senior lounge and helped us board the train. Very nice and a safe clean area. Tips: At least try the train travel, it's very safe and clean. Friendly staff.

Pros: I was amazed at the number of people on my return trip to Bryan oh. They did an awesome job on sold put tickets getting everybody through the gates and on the right car fir their destinations and we still left on time. A little late getting to Bryan,but considering the people getting and and people getting on was very organized. Congrats to the staff ! Tips: First time travelers need to ask how things work getting on board. Much more confident when you know what's going on.

Pros: Easy way to travel,no driving back and forth to Chicago. My grandson was very excited to taking the train. Cons: Wish we had a closer drive to train..Its over and hr travel to get to train. Tips: Stay friendly with each other and respectful.

Pros: Union Station was very large but they posted well and was easy to get where we had to go. We were impressed with letting older people and people with children board first too. Everyone was very helpful. We will definitely go this way again. Cons: I can not think of anything. Tips: Take the Amtrak and enjoy the ride.🙂.
