Pros: On time service, safe trip. Cons: I had trouble purchasing my ticket. I was at a public venue (train station) when I purchased it, so I was not on wifi, and my phone and ipad couldn't complete the transaction. I was only able to buy my ticket when I went outside the building. I would have liked to have had a phone number to call, to figure out what to do, when it looked as if I might not have been able to purchase my ticket online.
