Amtrak Empire Service

Pros: Though sears were hard to find on this trip the conductor led me to a seat next to a lady in an exit aisle. I had a friendly seat mate and plenty of leg room and then the remainder of the trip after her stop I was solo in the seat! Cons: Internet - there isn’t any functioning internet. A decade later Amtrak STILL has not fixed internet! So ridiculous. Either fix it or say you don’t have it. People doing business rely on having this and it seems to never ever work!!!!! Tips: Don’t count on having the ability to remote work in the train! Such a boldfaced lie saying they have internet!
