Turimex Tickets and Reservation Policies:

Turimex tickets can be reserved online on Wanderu and the lowest fares. Customers are permitted to make one change to their scheduled ticket by calling the Turimex customer service centre before the journey is due to take place.  The same number can be used if you lost your tickets or if you have any other problems or questions regarding your trip.  Operating bus schedules day and night, with multiple departure times, you can be sure to find a suitable Turimex trip.

 

Turimex Seats and Seat Selection:

Concerned you might not get to sit beside your family or friends?  Don’t worry; seat selection is available on every Turimex Internacional route. Whether you prefer the isle or window seat, you will not be disappointed.  You can easily make your seat selection online, after selecting your Turimex schedule.  Be sure to book early so you don’t miss out on your favourite spot.

 

 

Children Traveling on Turimex Buses:

 Turimex Internacional welcome children on board, the following rules apply:

 

Children under 6 - travel free while sharing a seat with an adult.

 

Children from 6 to 13 - pay 50% of adult ticket, and have their own seat, but must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Children from 13 to 16 - pay full price and can travel alone with signed authority letter from parent, guardian or teacher.

 

Proof of age will be required in the form of an official government document.

 

 

Traveling with Pets on Turimex Internacional:

Caged pets can be transported with Turimex within Mexico and will be stored in the luggage section of the bus; care should be taken to insure all cages have adequate ventilation for the duration of the journey. 

 

Tropical animals are not permitted to travel on our busses. 

 

Turimex do not allow transporting pets within the USA.

 

 

Turimex Luggage Policy:

Each person is permitted to travel with a total of 50lb or 22.6kg of luggage on board.  The allowance must be carried in no more than two suitcases or packages which must not exceed a total length of 62 inches or 157cm.  There is a supplementary charge of $1 for every pound or inch in excess of the allocated personal luggage allowance.

 

Always measure and weigh your luggage before traveling, insuring all your baggage meets the company rules or be prepared to pay the excess baggage fees while traveling.

 

 

Alcohol onboard Turimex Buses:

Neither alcohol nor intoxicated persons are permitted on any Turimex bus.  Passenger safety is paramount, and anyone compromising this will be asked to leave the service.  All of their drivers are trained to ensure the safety of all passengers.
