Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: The staff on the train were very friendly and helpful, ensuring people understood what stop they were looking for and even offered to help with baggage placement to help with comfortability. I liked how they had staff to help navigate transport from the train to the airport as well. Cons: Not sure if this can be improved because I know some trains arrive late, and I would rather them be safe always!! But to note, my train leaving was delayed over an hour which was concerning, but luckily I allowed enough time to catch my plane, which ended up being delayed due to weather conditions anyway, but would have been nicer to not have to rush. My train coming from the airport to my amtrack station was right on time though. Would have preferred it the other way around :). Tips: Just allow enough time in case the trains are delayed. I would add an extra hour for transport time, in addition to at least an hour and a half for airport security and boarding process. Also would recommend checking in to your airline ahead of time when they give you the option, just as a helpful tip!
