Pros: The annoncements on board were very clear and complete. In addition, the announcements established a friendly, relaxed and cooperative atmosphere. Very impressive. Cons: Internet service ranged from poor to non-existent. There was an apology in the announcements but nevertheless, no Internet. Tips: If you are disabled, there is a service to transport you from the station to your coach.
