Amtrak Northeast Regional

Pros: I was truly grateful to the conductors for their kindness in ensuring that I could get my luggage onto the train. The steps up to the carriage are steep and it would have been hard to pull my bag up by myself. What particularly impressed me was the way the conductor on each occasion offered to help before I even asked, and was so friendly. Cons: Wi-Fi dropped occasionally. Tips: If using the Wi-Fi, just make sure it had not dropped!
