Pros: The Driver Keith was excellent. He personable and professional. The bathroom was sparkling clean . The seats were very comfortable. Cons: Mask can be supplied for those who want one . Better communication at port authority bus terminal as to where the buses are leaving from with advance notice to avoid scrambling at the last moment to find the correct gate. Tips: Come early to avoid rushing.
