Pros: The fact that the service was prompt and right on time. Cons: I found it a little over crowded but that goes without saying during this time of year. Perhaps there could be on board priority seating where elderly people or persons with disabilities could board and exit the bus first. It would have made it a lot easier to get off the bus when coach is at maximum capacity instead of me being the last person to exit, even when I was sitting up front. Tips: Get there ahead of time to check in first! I knew this but was still pushing it last minute due to down town traffic and barely made check in while bus was boarding passengers. Next time I would leave earlier myself. Give yourself plenty of time. :).

Pros: Comfortable easy trip. Great way to travel! Cons: I feel $50.00 for a 200K trip a bit pricey but the coach was very comfortable. Tips: A nice alternative to car rental if you have the use of a vehicle when you arrive.
