Pros: The bus smelling and being clean. No stains in seat and I could see out the window. Didn't make me feel dirty or itchy as it has in the past. Cons: The staffing attitudes. Several of the staff have attitudes as I have traveled with your company several times; however, this last trip was a lot to deal with. We switched drivers in VA I believe and the female driver who took over was very angry. She let it be known that she had to stop for her belongings. She was loud and using all kinds of profanity due to her being angry with her co-workers. She was driving the bus very eradic in the rain. We arrived at our destinations late. What a scare. Tips: Traveling off peak hours when there's no holidays is the best.

Pros: I was able to have a seat to myself. The trip was on time on both ends. Cons: Cleanliness and holding those who are on the bus accountable for their actions. Also the protocol for getting onto the bus and getting bags onto the bus. Tips: Stay aware of your surroundings and guard your belongings.
