Pros: On time, helpful friendly driver!!! Cons: Some better signage at drop off point at Yorkdale Mall - I ubered there and the driver was a little insure. Go train has lots of sinage but Northlander does not.. I could only assume it serviced Northlander. Tips: Be on time and you’ll be fine!

The kindness of the driver and his attention

Cons: The charging ports didn’t work at all and the wifi was spotty. Tips: Make sure your phone is charged and you have data coverage from your provider.

Pros: Quick time. Cons: Pick up time was 30 late. Tips: No.

Pros: I really enjoyed this trip. Service was great, especially from Toronto to Sudbury. Great, friendly and positive driver. Cons: The ability to recline the passenger's seets. Tips: I had not traveled on a bus for many years. This journey was great. It allowed me to relax and view environments. This reconnected me with many memories of past experiences. I enjoyed the conversations with other travelers. I look forward to doing this again.

Pros: There were some free seats so I had a touch more room than is typical. Always like when I have the room to move in my seat, can adjust (have a sciatica flareup at the moment so the basic seated position I'm typically locked into as a tall man was helped by this. Normally I wouldn't complain.. seats are cramped as an economic function, as bus lines compete with eachother on the efficiency in order to maximize profit. Every person would prefer a little more room, but most, including myself, aren't willing to pay a premium for it). Cons: Technically I don't know if there was wifi, I didn't use it. Last time I used the service however, I had tried to use wifi and wasn't able to. My devices simply couldn't find the network, neither my phone nor my laptop (thought I'd mention it since I'm reviewing a trip). I commented above that I didn't see covid measures enforced; that being said, I don't believe this is a concern. Perhaps I'm simply uninformed at this moment, but the covid pandemic seems not to be much of a concern anymore across many businesses, so I hadn't expected any measures to be visible.

Pros: I felt safe. It was not good weather. Cons: No complaints. Tips: Traffic between yorkdale and union heavy. Probably faster to book to yorkdale and take ttc.

Easy transfer points comfortable and left. And arrived on time

Pros: It was very organise. Cons: I liked every thing. Tips: To travel with you.

Pros: La vue à l’extérieur était magnifique. Cons: Essayer de parler en plus de l’anglais, le français aussi. Tips: Je vous recommande de voyager avec Ontario Northland.

Pros: I liked the comfortability and Wifi and it was very quiet on board another reason is it took me right where I need to be. Cons: Prices although it is understandable as a University student and it would be nicer to have prices a little cheaper but overall it was a great experience.

Pros: The convenience and secure feeling of having a good driver helped me to feel very relaxed. Cons: Don’t know. Tips: Thank for your interest.
