Pros: I enjoyed how the staff seated people in dining car together. Polite and friendly passengers. Employees showed very good customer service. Cons: Update the bathrooms. Equipment is showing it's age. Tips: Enjoy the features of the cars. There are dining rooms, a small c store, observation and sleep rooms. Weather It is a short or long trip, you can feel comfortable and pampered.
