Pros: The bus arrived on time. The driver checked the name of each passenger on the list he had. The driver was very good at driving the bus. He announced the stops and got me to my destination safe and sound. Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the seat. The seats were uncomfortable and cramped. It felt like I was sliding out the seat. Tips: Read a book, listen to music or take a nap for the duration of your ride. If your stop isn't first, you will not have many, if any, empty seats to choose from but you will get a seat even you have to sit with someone else.

Pros: It was safe and on time. Cons: I did not hear th driver introduced himself. Tips: Please use headphones. Keep your music or WhatsApp messages to your self.

Pros: Generally it was a good experience on the bus, I think the driver was pleasant and attempting make the travel experience a good one. Cons: It appears that your organization does not have a walk in office in Kissimmee, as such if tickets were purchase online, and one does not have access to a printer or mobile phone how can that transaction can be completed successfully? Tips: The wifi service on the bus requires improvements. The service was limited.
