Pros: The staff at our Kalamazoo stop was friendly and professional. The bus station was beautiful and pristine. Smooth ride. Cons: Staff in Chicago seemed robotic with an I don’t care attitude. Too sad.

Indian Trails

Pros: Driver was very nice and communicative. Cons: Dan Ryan Station in Chicago does not feel safe. I would love if Indian Trails was more communicative about where to go to meet the bus so that passengers can be sure that they are in the correct spot and not be wandering around a historically unsafe station. Also, I would LOOOOOOVE text updates on your buses so that we have some transparency when a bus is running late. Especially the first time at a new station, I'm always really worried that I'm in the wrong spot when the bus is late.
