17 September 2022- Visiting friends

Adirondack Trailways

Pros: Wifi on bus. Cons: Everything was great. Tips: Enjoy the service.

27 September 2019- Regular commuter

Greyhound

Pros: Over-all efficiently operated system--buses on-time, driver courteous, people in bus terminal informative, etc. Cons: Main problem was with the bathroom. No light (couldn't see very well)! Some problem with cleanliness/smell. Also, passenger seats, though clean and new, could allow more space--especially for feet and under-seat luggage. Tips: Instead of pouring out the door as soon as you see the bus coming to the terminal, line up INSIDE the bus terminal, in front of one of the doors...(hopefully the right one--you could ask staff which one).
