Pros: Comfortable,Nice driver and in New York,I reviewed a great customer services perhaps,on the phone when I called 570 .. Number the lady make me feel uncomfortable and her communication was unprofessional. Laughing ,having double conversation while,I am on the phone with her for ly inquiry... Cons: PA Customer services skill*( phone) or the lady who respond on my call made @ 2:52 on September 3. Tips: Others than the phone conversation with the unprofessional Kady all were well again great driver,great customer service at the terminal port autority( Indian/ Black guys.
