Pros: Was quicker than expected, as we did not have any stops in between. Cons: More clarity- I was under the impression this was a Train (Amtrak), and it ended up being a bus. The benefit was that it was quicker, but the expectations for space and workspace did not come through. Tips: check your ticket carefully.

Pros: The train is freezing cold. some passengers have their music too loud all night long without any consideration. Cons: safety is the most important thing!!! the passengers sit behind me making me uncomfortable. i feel that, he might kill me if he did not get what he wants. Tips: all others was wondering what happened to that passenger who walk up & down, in and out speaking to himself with an anger face!! he might have metal issue!!

Pros: Very comfortable ride and interesting scenery. Cons: It takes a long time to get from Boston to Pittsfield, and with one train a day that leaves and arrives at pretty much the same time the intercity bus options you are essentially paying a little more for a more comfortable ride. Tips: The BRTA bus depot is right at the train station and can be a good way to get to your local destination.
