Pros: I liked the possibility to charge your phone onboard.. Cons: It's almost impossible to sleep with the lights on at every stop. The first chauffeur was late and almost rude. Tips: If you can, take a pillow ir something that could be used as a pillow if you are traveling at night.

Pros: I used to take the bus a ton before I got my car, this was the best experience I've had so far but I think it's because I got lucky and there were very few passengers. Cons: The price has raised to a ridiculous price. Paying $70 for NYC to Syracuse one way. The seats were very uncomfortable and tight room for knees, I'm only 5'5 and my knees were aching. Tips: Wanderu had the cheapest price and was very easy to book last minute.

Pros: departed on time. Cons: less frequent stops offer cheaper fares eliminate stops where there are no passengers to pick up or drop off. Tips: offer cheaper fares for last minute bookings.

Pros: Nothing the driver dropped me off on the road because I was translating the word to the fellow passenger. Clapped over my head and my toddler 4 years old . I had to take another ticket from greyhound buts to be here on time for my job .very rude driver 🤨. Cons: The driver. Tips: We said the same thing about the driver and this was their first trip to the united state.

Bus broke down, was stranded for over 2 hours. Then had to wait an additional 90 minutes for what is usually a 10 minute driver turnover. Unticketed passenger boarded bus twice during this 90 minute interval, the first time being escorted off by the driver and the second time by the police. Arrived 3.5 hours late. No indication yet if I will be reimbursed for this experience.

Pros: The seats were very comfortable and spacious. The driver makes our ride comfortable and there was terrible breaking and sudden stops. I was able to sleep almost uninterruptible. Cons: The control of the temperature for some it very cold and others were hot. Tips: Please take a sweater along with you, because the bus may not have the temperature that the driver can adjust easily to everyone's comfort.

Pros: Quick, easy and economical transportation. Cons: Bus driver was very strict about phone use, and I accidentally hit a speaker and he yelled at me. Could have gently reminded me the first time before getting so angry. Tips: Keep your phone on silence!!
