Pros: Big windows, clean, staff ready to serve! It was my first on the train, so happy employee escorted me to the area I needed to go. She also explained the process. Personal delivery of food with QR code, expensive though. Roomy comfortable ride! Cons: Lower price for snacks. Tips: Safe, enjoyable ride. Come, relax, and bring lots of $$$ if you want to eat.😊.

Better food and cafe options at the Orlando terminal.

Pros: The spacious room , the attentive staff , the availability to order food from your seats. Great Experience 👍. Cons: Was 12 minutes late on the return trip. Tips: Enjoy.

Pros: This was a great option for me, I wish I didn't have to drive from Ocala to Orlando. A more central hub would be so helpful. Cons: More direct transportation to Orlando. Central Florida is lacking in that aspect. Tips: Bring a seat cushion, useful for back or seat support.

Pros: Very easy ride. I can multitask and not drive. I was not bothered at all. Cons: On the way home departure was an hour late, causing me to get an hour late at night. My first trip was sort of unfortunate but I understand things happen. Tips: Highly recommend I will repeat this. It’s wonderful.

Pros: The time it took from Orlando to West Palm. Cons: They could have served the passengers snacks and It would have been nice if you were not sitting across from a total stranger. Tips: You will be sharing your space with strangers.

Pros: This was my first train trip in over 50 years. I was surprised at how simple the Briteline process was. From the Guest Service desk to boarding the train, the whole process was quick and easy. The seat and ride was most comfortable. I recommend this mode of travel between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Cons: Arrival to the Miami station, once outside, was a bit chaotic as vehicles and buses were all stopped and causing many people to honk their horns. If a better drop-off/pick-up solution could be made, I think travelers would be appreciative. Tips: Make sure you arrive 15 - 30 minutes before your train arrives/leaves. Once on the platform, look at your ticket and see which train car you are assigned and then look at the posted signs. Make you way soonest, as I had to traverse the whole platform to get the my car.

Pros: The trip was very smooth and timely, and I like the fact that you can order food. Cons: The seats were very vertical with a flat seat and straight back. Not very ergonomic, especially for those with sustained back injuries. Tips: Eat before you travel, or bring a snack. The sandwich was good, but not $23 good!

Pros: The trip was good my seat was spacious although there were children in the isle way crying screaming and running around it would be nice if people with children could sit in a separate coach from people without children. Cons: There should be someone around to make sure the parents keep their children quiet and keep them from jumping up and down on empty seats. Tips: Please control your children.
