Pros: I was not allowed to board the bus early, turns out the driver was in the restroom. He clearly must’ve been sick because the bus stunk unbelievably when he opened the door. There appeared to be no ventilation going on. Cons: Proper ventilation.

Pros: Punctuality. Cons: Signs at Logan to direct travelers to street or trains or tickets. Tips: Best to travel outside of peak hours if possible.

Pros: The friendly staff at C&J—they’re amazing! Buses always on time. Always clean buses! Cons: Bring back the water and newspaper. Tips: If C&J is going where you are, definitely choose them! No comparison to PP or GH.

Pros: The driver was friendly and helpful and a much better driver than the last few trips I’ve taken. We also arrived almost 30 mins early, which was great. I also appreciated that our driver enforced the no using devices without earbuds policy and no phone calls policy during the ride. Cons: I was not aware there were assigned seats and would’ve like to have chosen my own seat. The bus was not full so I was able to move to a window seat, but I would’ve like to know ahead of time.

Pros: This was an easy ride and took travel stress away. Cons: Nothing, it was great! Tips: Arrive early because it leaves on time.

Pros: There was a fellow passenger on the bus who was constantly moving in the bus from front to back and making weird gestures causing lot of anxiety to all the travelers on the bus. It was a 6 + hour trip, even though the bus was very nice comfortable and clean we could not enjoy the trip. I wish the driver should I have warned him and should have removed him from the bus. Cons: Even though the service was excellent, I am giving 3 stars for the above mentioned reason.
