Pros: I like how the driver insisted to put my bags in the the back of the bus which was very kind. Cons: even though they mentioned that there was internet on the bus, there was no internet on the bus. customer service on the phone wasn’t really nice about how they addressed my concerns and questions which i find quite rude. Tips: don’t be afraid to talk to other travellers on the bus! and do not drink too much water, there is only one stop throughout the whole ride.

Pros: Nothing, because of delay in bus. I had a flight which i missed because of the issue in your bus because of the i am not able to attend the function. I am very frustrated from your service. Thankyou. Cons: Check all the things before departure. Like collent,etc. Tips: Nothing.

Pros: It was nice and we arrived 10 minutes earlier, but the driver is a little bit strict about the rules on the carrying luggage. Cons: The driver must consider for a little backpack and and 1 just a simple grocery back to carry on inside the bus.

Pros: Driver was friendly and quick. Cons: Quality of bus could be impoved, too much creaking noise so couldnt sleep, seats can be more comfortable, got a shoulder pain. Tips: Bring a pillow and headphones.

Pros: The trip to Grande Prairie was pretty good. Lots of stretch breaks along the way. Cons: The seats on the bus are not comfortable. Tips: If you want a basic no frills trip to Grande Prairie, this is it. The bus was approximately 15 min late getting into Grande Prairie, which didnt bother me. The WiFi was not working for whatever reason and the driver did not know how to fix the issue. The seats were very uncomfortable.
