Cons: You could improve, if somebody's luggage gets stolen, then maybe you can give a free ticket, instead, of not helping them for there list of luggage, I had everything, my life, and all I got was a slap in the face, nobody helped. Tips: Ya watch your luggage because this company doesnt care if you lose your luggage.

Pros: Very comfortable with good customer care, spacious. Cons: Delay on the way to be improved upon. Tips: In case of urgency, plan for extra time if the bus delays on the way.

Pros: It was quiet and I noticed that the driver was very nice. I was sitting just behind him and I saw him waving at all the other bus drivers ,it was so cool to see him doing that all the way to Ottawa. God bless him. Cons: I would like to suggest to get a little bit more time at the small break time thus it will enable the passengers to get something to eat easily without a rush as 15 minutes for all the passengers is a too tight thank you. Tips: The driving was so smooth and we reached without any delay though the bus was 10 minutes late. The passenger asked for 5 more minutes as his order for food was not ready and the driver accept it without any hesitation.
