Pros: Drive was smooth and quiet. Cons: Be on time also my charging outlet didn't work. Tips: Not much other than travel safe.

Pros: On the return trip the bus arrived ten minutes late at a bus stop not commonly used except this summer due to construction around the regular U of MN bus stop. With all the construction and detours around the Twin Cities no one complained Despite its being on the boarding pass, I was a little concerned I was at the wrong spot. All's well that ends well: The bus arrived right on time in Duluth Sunday. A street number would have helped find it better with a device. Cons: It would help if exact addresses (number and street name) were given for bus stops. That way you could use your device to pinpoint the bus stops. It would be especially handy when temporary bus stops are used, but also for those of us unfamiliar with the regular stops. Thank you for listening. Happy travels!

Pros: Travel under someone else's responsibility this means that I was able to work on my assignment while trusting on the driver to get me to my destination. Cons: Work on time management but was understanding. Tips: Good.

The seat spacing is really cramped when the bus is full. Also arriving on time would be great. The WiFi availability was limited and slow.

Pros: I liked the seats. Cons: Wifi needs to last longer than 200mb, and less homeless people sitting in the station. Tips: Get to the station early of you are unfamiliar with busses.

Pros: Helpful driver. Cons: NA. Tips: Not sure.

Pros: Most of the stops were made as planned and roughly on time. For a 4+ hour trip, only being 30 minutes late in the end isn't terrible. Cons: The scheduling could be just a bit tighter. There are a lot of variables but I would have preferred to arrive when the schedule said I would. Tips: This is no fault of the bus company, but there was a man who sat right next to me for hours who made me very uncomfortable. Incessantly starting conversation, offering me beverages, "falling asleep" with his head on my shoulder. As a female solo traveler I did what I could by sitting as close to the bus driver as possible, but still ended up in an unpleasant situation for most of the ride. Just something to keep in mind if it's your first time and you are wondering what to expect. This was a negative experience that will unfortunately probably bar me from using the bus again if I'm by myself. I felt unsafe.

Pros: I enjoy being able to use travel time to read and relax. Cons: We left a bit late and we arrived in Madison a bit later than scheduled. MIssed my metro bus connection so needed to be patient for the final leg home. The toilet was not able to handle the amount of toilet paper that accumulated in the bowl. Did not want to risk flushing it in fear of clogging. Tips: Be patient and realize everyone is doing the best they can.

Pros: I love being able to use the travel minutes to read and relax. Cons: I'm a fan of Jefferson Lines and Wanderu, but I have learned to be patient and flexible with departure and arrival times. Tips: Just make plans for the possibility of leaving and arriving a bit later than scheduled. Carry your phone so you can notify those on the other end.

Pros: I liked the cost. Cons: Customer service.

Pros: Great. Cons: Afternoon trips to the airport.
4.0
Pros: The driver was very friendly, communicative and helpful throughout the ride, and the driver made sure we arrived at the destination on time. Cons: Holding customers accountable to clean after themselves more often. The WiFi service needs to be improved big time, I used the WiFi for only 10 minutes and I couldn’t use it again for the rest of the ride very frustrating. Tips: The Jefferson line is reasonable and affordable for travel. It leaves and arrives on time so don’t be late.
