Pros: The bus wasn't packed. Cons: The driver was rude, almost mean. Also, the bus broke down at one point and he did not communicate anything at all to the passengers.

Pros: Follow the schedule. Cons: Seat more comfortable, toilet need hand washing/cleansing facilities, Wifi information was just told once by the driver, could not catch, better provide in written form.

Pros: Ease of process, cleanliness of the bus reasonably comfortable but felt a bit cramped, and l am 5'1". Cons: We stopped once in a railway's facility. Refreshment would have been good but we were told it was a 10 minute stop but it turned into over 20 minutes. There would have been time if realistic expectations were set.

The bus was dirty, the driver didn't know the route, he was using Waze at an unreasonably loud volume, and he was also playing loud music; I couldn't sleep on the way—it was a nighttime trip.
