Pros: I thought the driver was INCREDIBLE! I love driving. I thought this was a SUPERB driver. I'm sorry I forgot to leave him a very nice tip. Excellent job to the team at WanderU. The only thing that could have helped me a little more is a MORE PRECISE address & description for where to get on the bus. I stood in the wrong location for a while. I had to keep asking strangers questions to get it right. 🤪 Otherwise, a flawless enjoyable trip. Thank you Wanderu team!! 😃. Cons: #1) A painstakingly detailed explanation of where to get on the bus. I stood in the wrong place. I had to keep pulling strangers over and asking them where to board. If I stayed where it was initially I would have missed the bus entirely. #2) a posted sign when you first get on the bus that "there is a 20-minute break at rest stop (name of rest stop). But the bus leaves PROMPTLY after that. So be careful to make sure you're on the bus before it leaves." I was sitting back in the bus. I didn't know what was going on. I saw people getting on. I never heard how long the rest was going to be or that people could go into the rest stop at all. That was not very cool.😭 #3) Working electrical outlets and free Wi-Fi would have made it a five-star (5⭐🤩) trip. Otherwise, a very enjoyable trip! !Thanks again, WanderU staff! 💯😃.

Pros: Bus was comfortable , nice and clean. The bus was late but There was a lot of communication and Status updates that i appreciated. Cons: Bus was late.

Pros: convenient departure and arrival points. Cons: the staff at Washington union station check in spot was somewhat rude to us when we were trying to check our bags, unaware of the proper procedure. (no big issue, but unnecessary friction to first time users). The bus had no available water for passengers (as advertised), and the restroom has no lavatory or at least alcohol gel for hygiene. WiFi slow and intermittent. Two stops at rest stations for driver shifting, (quick ones though).

Pros: nice personalities of drivers- spacious bus and clean with no smells. Cons: the address said 20 mass ave for departure in DC - except that was not correct- I t was inside Union Station- very stressful and we almost missed the bus. 20 mass ave is a building with no place to have a bus- it is confusing- just say Union Station. Tips: Go go Union Station not where the forms says 20 Mass Ave.

Pros: Driver was very kind. Bus was very clean. He let us know beforehand that we may be late because of World Cup traffic, so it couldn't be helped. Cons: The seats are not very comfy.
