Pros: I liked everything about the trip. The driver was really kind and friendly. The bus arrived almost exactly the time stated on the website (with a couple minutes to spare. Anywhere I travel I’m definitely using Wanderu ❤️❤️. Cons: Nothing!!! Everything was perfect. Tips: Bring a pillow if you wanna sleep 😂.

Pros: Leaving the bus after the trip was over was the best part. Cons: They could provide a working bus so we don’t have to wait an hour and a half for another bus to come get us. They could also provide hand sanitizer and a somewhat clean restroom. It was pretty gross. There were also people on board who were extremely loud and disrespectful. They were behaving erratically and seemed dangerous also. Maybe Vet the people so that other guests don’t have to deal with these situations. Tips: Allow yourself an extra three hours in addition to the time that the bus is supposed to get somewhere. Bring food, water, hand sanitizer, and ear plugs.

Pros: On time. Excellent driving skills. Cons: The person next to me was so rude about personal space. He played his videos very loudly. But also was rude about my personal space. His arm touching my arm. He used his laptop which required him to need more elbow room causing his elbow to touch on my breast area. I had to sit forward the last 45 mins of the ride. That passenger was so rude. Tips: Be respectful and considerate for other passengers. Please stay off the speaker phones bring headphones or earplugs please. It’s rude to disturb the person next to you. Thanks.

Pros: It was smooth. Cons: Your charging ports can all be fixed couldnt keep in contact with my family at all. That is a no go because if something did happen they would no even know. We did tell the driver it was to hot after a while and he didnt turn the heat even down. Tips: Just keep your phone charged and bring a few portables.

Pros: Pick up on time. Drivers was excellent and skillful in the bad snowstorm we had heading down to NYC. But our driver was skillful in driving in those weather conditions we made it safely. Late but safe. Thank you. Cons: The cleanliness of the bathroom. I don’t know if anything can be done but it was a health hazard. Unsafe to use the bus bathroom. Tips: Bring ear plugs please so you don’t disturb others when you play your videos or have speaker conversations please and thank you. Have consideration for others.
