Pros: Todo muy bien solo el chófer poco enojado por nada talvez andaba muy estresado. Cons: Todo bien. Tips: Que dejen las maletas abajo las suben y no caben por el pasillo y van golpeando ala gente cuando van caminando.

Pros: The bus driver after we pass Mexico was extremely rude to passengers and will not answer questions. a lot of us needed to be drooped off at the airline location and he said he does not stop there at the station they offer a bus back but a lot of us already had to call family members so we can get pick up. Cons: Have more customer orient people. More communication between drivers. And not asking passengers to give money to the bus driver. When they want money they are friendly and after they can be so rude. Tips: Bring a blanket and a pillow.

Pros: everybody helpful. Cons: cleaning of bus stations. Tips: No.

Pros: Drivers were professional. Cons: More space between seats. Tips: Be ready for a cold trip, they keep the temperature very cold and a jacket is needed especially for the elder.

Pros: The bus was comfy. Cons: They could have the heating on because it was really cold and they left the door open during a 2 hour unplanned stop. The trip was also delayed for over 2 hours because they were waiting on a person from another delayed trip. Tips: If you want a rough trip with uncertainty of when to cross the border or when to arrive and drastic changes in weather… then this is the trip fir you.

Pros: I liked the darkness of the bus at night, helped make it more comfortable. Cons: The A/C was not blowing cold air as much as I’d like so it would become hot, other than that it was great.

Pros: Affordable, friendly. Cons: Phone charging ports. Tips: It's worthy it.

Pros: Everything. Cons: ? Tips: It gets pretty cold. Wear a warm jacket or bring a warm blanket. Also...take a small pillow.

Pros: It got me where I was going on time. Cons: More space when seated. Tips: Be on time, especially if they stop for a short break. If you are late returning to the bus, they leave you behind. They adhere strictly to schedule!
