Driver was 30min late, then wouldn't let us on the bus in the pouring rain. Had to wait another 30min in the rain for her to go eat then come back. Very rude driver

Air conditioning was on. (November). It was cold. I had to get my coat from my bag which helped, but having cold air blowing on your head for hours is not fun.

Pros: This trip was the worst experience for me!! Cons: The drivers mu be more prepared and trained on their responsibility to provide the proper service to the customers. There was no charging space available at all for the 4 hour travel. Tips: There was no charging space available at all for the 4 hour travel. Be prepared, not always but in several cases it's possible.

Pros: I like it that you have toilet in the bus, Very fast and safe trip Clean and good friendly driver. Cons: The smell of Chinese food on the bus Some glasses were not clean so you couldn’t enjoy full view of the city The chairs can be more comfortable 🙏🏼. Tips: Very easy and good value for money choice !

I didn’t like nothing about this trip because the bus kept on breaking down. We stopped a few times on the side of the road and waited for up to 20 min. The driver didn’t speak any English and couldn’t explain the reason for that. It was overwhelming and stressful because I had to be on time for a meeting and had to change plans over and over. I will try and get a refund for this trip. First time I’m so disappointed from Flixbus.
