Pros: The driver was very friendly. Cons: The restroom lock was broken. Tips: Definitely arrive early because the bus can be tricky to locate.

Pros: No hand sanitizer. Bathroom ran out of toilet paper. Feces on the side of seat. Extremely smelly. Smelled up the entire us. Almost vomited from the smell both times I used the bathroom. Course use air freshener. And emptied trash bin. Cons: Bathroom needs seriouS air freshener and TLC.

I really like the window seat

Cons: Don't increase the bus cost. Tips: Buy the tickets weeks before.

Pros: quick. Cons: COMFORT, the seats are terribly uncomfortable.

Pros: On time, charging ports provided, quiet ride. Cons: bring back the complimentary water bottles like the ticket advertised.

Time keeping

Pros: Nothing. Cons: The bus was extremely filthy. I smelled of the urine because the bathroom was overflowing.

Pros: Timely. The driver was diligent on keeping on schedule. Cons: From where I was seated near the front, I could see the driver was actually checking email and facebook and briefly watching things on YouTube in the middle of traffic. Also: working wifi! The bus was advertised to have it, and there was a sign with login credentials, but I could not get it to work. Tips: I'd recommend this bus line for a cheap ticket if they're willing to put up with the risk of getting a slightly uncomfortable/odd experience.

Pros: Comfortable seat. That's it. Cons: Get a driver that knows what they're doing.

Pros: on time. Cons: needs more times to travel from/to Cherry Hill- NYC.

Comfortable ride and quick!

Pros: The bus on the way there was average, the bus is advertised to be able to recline seats but I could not. It would also be nice if we could see the volume of other passengers. The ride back was absolutely horrible. Once we got to our stop we were told we had to make a hike to a different place because they couldn't scan our qr code and we needed a physical paper ticket ? the bus was in china town and im pretty sure the staff were racist and if not just plain rude. my ticket said it was going to north carolina so i panicked that i wasn't even on the right bus, and when i asked the driver i got straight up ignored the first time and the second he said he doesn't know??? very disappointing. my seat was broken so another ride with no recline and the driver refused to put on the heat! Cons: everything.

Pros: On time. Smooth ride with no incidents. Cons: Chairs need to be fixed. I could not recline the seat or use the armrest.
