Cons: Departure time 15 minutes late . We were scheduled to leave at 6 AM , the driver was looking at the passenger name it delayed the departure time the bus need to be at departure spot at least 5:30 AM in order to check the passenger names . Pros: There was plenty of room on the bus. We left quickly once the bus arrived and didn't dwell too long at any of the stations. Drop off was conveniently placed in the city. Cons: Temperature was uncomfortably cold. Bathroom had no toilet paper or soap/hand sanitizer available and smelled terrible. We sat near the back of the bus and we were smelling bathroom scents the entire time. The bus was delayed an hour and took quite a bit of time to get to the destination, so we ended up arriving to the city an hour and a half later than we expected to. There was a Wifi password listed on the bus, but it didn't work for the bus wifi. Also, it was raining and the bus's roof was dripping from the inside. Tips: Bring your own toilet paper and hand sanitizer, just in case. Wear a layered outfit as well, temperature got really cold!

Pros: Buses were good. Cons: The bus home was over 40 minutes late to pick us up, and there was no notification of the lateness or indication of when it would arrive. Very frustrating.

Pros: It got me home in one piece. Cons: I’m not sure the driver name however, I accidentally left my ipad on the bus & i continued to play the lost sound and on my ipad says “please call when found”. Luckily I was able to track it and when I got there the guy had the ipad up in a compartment behind other things and when I looked and couldn’t see it, he was very hostile saying “it’s in there just look!”.

Pros: I like obit was a quiet ride and The driver was Professional and understanding. Cons: The company could go back to offer water bottle to the passengers like they used to. Also the seats should be able to recline a little bit,. Tips: The bus was clean with seats that were comfortable enough for the travel time. The driver was professional, helpful with the luggages. Most of all he operated the bus safely and made it to destination on time - more like 3-5 minutes early. Good ride!
