The bus broke down and it took 3 hours of sitting on the side of the road waiting for a new bus to pick us up. The bathroom in the back of the bus was disgusting. There was urine all over the seat and the floor, and the sink had wet, dirty paper towels in it.

Pros
Not the trip back of course.
Cons
I didn't like the fact that the bus broke down and that we had to stay for over an hour in a parking lot, in the middle of nowhere with no possibility to have a coffee or to seat. This is not very professional. Several passengers told us that it had happened before.
Tips
Please don't use Idirondack. The company should at least reimburse us. that bus company.

Is there WiFi on a Adirondack Trailways coach?

Yes Adirondack Trailways offers WiFi connection onboard their coach trips. Though most trips with Adirondack Trailways will have WiFi as advertised, some trips might not come equipped with WiFi, and onboard WiFi can lose its connection in rural areas. We recommend you bring a book or download a film just to play it safe. Adirondack Trailways WiFi is generally best used for surfing the web, checking emails and chatting with friends; you shouldn’t count on the WiFi to binge watch your favourite show.

Are there power points on a Adirondack Trailways coach? Are there USB points?

Yes, there are power points onboard Adirondack Trailways coach trips. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbour might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power points, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a power point USB converter that typically comes with most phones and tablets. Since Adirondack Trailways might sometimes use replacement coach vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

Are there toilets on Adirondack Trailways coaches?

Are meals or drinks offered onboard Adirondack Trailways trips?

Adirondack Trailways does not offer meals or drinks onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. Most carriers, though, do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks.
