Cons: safety is the most important thing!!! the passengers sit behind me making me uncomfortable. i feel that, he might kill me if he did not get what he wants. Tips: all others was wondering what happened to that passenger who walk up & down, in and out speaking to himself with an anger face!! he might have metal issue!!

Cons: It takes a long time to get from Boston to Pittsfield, and with one train a day that leaves and arrives at pretty much the same time the intercity bus options you are essentially paying a little more for a more comfortable ride.
