The driver was literally lost and on the phone with someone to figure out where he was going. He was yelling at other drivers and pedestrians and cursing.

Communication about bus status. Bus driver was 30 minutes late and no one had any idea when he was going to arrive. Other companies have the ability to track the bus and receive updates.

Pros: At least the bus was clean. I didn’t use, but it was nice that there was a bathroom on the bus. Cons: My original bus apparently just didn’t have a driver. I wasn’t notified until after the time of my departure that our trip would be delayed and the next option was over an hour later and that one was late too. Tips: If you have to be somewhere by a certain time, make sure to book with 2-3 hours cushion to make sure you can actually get there in time. If I had booked closer to the time of my event, I might’ve missed it with how late we ended up being. My trip home was also delayed.

Pros: None. Cons: quality of chair, cleanness,. Tips: This buses are very dirty, has delays, smeels pees, chairs are uncomfortable.

Communication. This trip was the worse by far. We supposed to depart at 7 but we departed an hour later, lack of communication and I miss the train I was supposed to get from Manhattan to Long Island, ended up arriving home after midnight. The company sent me an email with 10% off for the next trip which is adding insult to injury. Instead, they would reimburse me for the inconvenience and the bad experience.

Pros: I get to where I was going but. Cons: Lateness of the busses you could also improve a no smoking on the busses I almost miss my appointment because the bus was late. Tips: No smoking on the buses.

The service must be punctual and provide information about why it is late. but no one ever told us anything. We waited more than two hours, I'm very angry. Terrible service

Pros: I had a very poor experience with Greyhound. As this was my first time traveling with Greyhound, I will try to avoid them moving forward. Despite a departure time of 6:45 am, we were not boarded until about 7:00 am, and there was no communication from staff, which left us in line feeling very nervous about whether we had missed our bus. Then, seats were assigned, but people were already on the bus and sitting in seats that were assigned to other people and there was no help from staff to create order. There was a slight odor of pee the entire bus ride, and there were people using their devises on loud with no headphones the entire 5-hour trip despite Greyhound policies mandating otherwise. On top of all of this, upon stopping at a Welcome Center halfway through, some individuals changed seats and relocated to new rows where they could sleep on the full bench, thereby taking others' seats and minimizing seats overall. It was truly a very poor and unpleasant experience. Cons: See above. Tips: I mostly enjoy traveling by buy and have done so more than 30 times over the past decade (with BoltBus, Megabus, and Peter Pan), not to mention several bus lines in Brazil. Greyhound was absolutely the worst experience I have yet had.

The seat of the bus was terrible but worse the vibrations on the feet and seat! That was awful to deal with for 4 hours!
