Pros: Friendliness of man helping me with my bag. Loved “Scenic route” in backroads to Orlando. 3) driver helped turn on wifi (initially didnt work in my seat). RM. Cons: More times to travel. Tips: Bring drink/ snack.

It was the worst trip

Pros: totally a stress-free ride. beautiful scenery. a lot more leg room than I expected. staff super friendly and helpful. will ride the train more often. Cons: at the couch entrance the bathroom smell was bad. but after a few minutes smell was gone. Tips: take your time and ride the train. no plane stress. enjoy life, there's only one.

Pros: Great staff! Organized departure. Quick, comfy trip to Orlando. Cons: Train arriving into Tampa was delayed. It would be great to be allowed to park in the enclosed parking lot as a 1 way ticket passenger. Having specific parking options written out online about parking at Tampa Union Station would be really helpful. I called ahead of my trip to find out about parking and was told I'd be able to park in the lot, but when I arrived at the station on the day of my trip was told I couldn't park my car there bc I had a one way ticket. Had I known the secured parking lot was only available to return ticket holders, I would've made other arrangements and not left my car in the unsecured parking area near the station. My car was fine when I got back, but I was worried about it during my trip. Tips: If you plan on taking your car to the station, be sure to speak to an agent before your trip date and let them know what kind of ticket you have in order to confirm allowance into secured parking lot at Tampa Union Station.

This train was 3.5 hours late after all was said and done. That's unacceptable. It caused me to miss dinner. On top of that, the train station had no wifi, so I was unable to work (which I planned to do on the train). Fail.
