Pros: It was safe even though weather conditions were unfavorable. Cons: Driver smoked just outside bus door while keeping doors open. Smoke got inside the bus. I have allergies and the cigarette smoke affected me. Also other drivers give a chance to get breakfast, not this driver.

Pros: The bus experience was very comfortable and exciting, however finding the Gate at the station in New York wasvery challenging as it wasn't printed on the ticket. Cons: Please print the Gate number on the ticket!

The bus broke down in the middle of the trip and had to wait over three hours to get a new bus. The arrival time has delayed over three hours. The bus should be checked prior to boarding passengers for safety measure.

Pros: Bus driver was very nice and helpful. The bus was clean and my trip was also good. Cons: My only complaint is the high fee charged to book my tickets. It would be nice to reduce it as I like the service but that keeps me from traveling more often. Tips: Arrive early at the bus station.

Cons: Staff didn't took digital ticket and forced to get ticket printout at bus station which was charged $5 for no reason. In past they have always honored digital ticket. Tips: Take physical ticket printout.
