Pros: Comfy seats & easy way to travel. Cons: Air flow kind of like an airplane with the small vents. Tips: You aren’t the only ones on the train.

Pros: Being able to look out the huge windows and the comfort o the ride. Tips: Be aware that half of the seats/rows face forward while the other half faces backward.

Much more comfortable and cheaper than bus, while it’s taking the same travel time.

Pros: Travelling by train is so comfortable and nice. The space, the fact that we can stand up and walk, as well as the coffee wagon make the experience worth it much more than by bus. Cons: Nothing.

Pros: On time, convenient and great price. Cons: Wi-fi failed to connect. Is there an unlimited pass on the Downeaster - that would be an great option . Tips: Super convenient… don’t be afraid and don’t hesitate to use this excellent service. And the price is great too.

It was all over amazing. we were a few hours late but that’s due to traffic and not the drivers fault

Pros: As I boarded the train in Boston, one of the conductors saw the cane I use and suggested I sit in one of the handicapped seats at the front of the car so I could easily disembark. Very nice, very friendly! Cons: No problems with my return trip whatsoever.

Pros: Easy, convenient, not terribly expensive. Cons: One of our traveling party used a hand-rail to steady himself as he was boarding the train, and pulled his hand away with someone else’s booger on it. Horrifying. Clean the high-touch surfaces more often. Tips: Don’t touch the hand rails. Bring hand wipes.

Pros: Comfortable temperature on the train and staff kept us updated throughout the trip on next stops/delays etc. Bissell brothers beer available at the cafe. Cons: We arrived about 40 mins later than the scheduled arrival. Train was delayed from Portland but only by a few minutes.

Pros: We missed the train in Brunswick so travelled to Portland and was able to catch the train there. Very helpful staff member in Portland! Cons: Some of the items we would like to have had at the cafe sold out early. Need to stock more fruit and cheese plates!

Enjoyed the comfort

Pros: Was overall a good experience. Cons: All went well. I know of no meaningful improvement you could make. Tips: None.
