Pros: Bus driver was very nice and helpful. The bus was clean and my trip was also good. Cons: My only complaint is the high fee charged to book my tickets. It would be nice to reduce it as I like the service but that keeps me from traveling more often. Tips: Arrive early at the bus station.

Pros: This is one of the few ways to return to the city from NJ across the river....glad I found it! Cons: Better description of where bus picks up people. Tips: Very nice bus driver.

Cons: Staff didn't took digital ticket and forced to get ticket printout at bus station which was charged $5 for no reason. In past they have always honored digital ticket. Tips: Take physical ticket printout.

Pros: Fact daughter made it home. Cons: Better driver…. Driver didn’t know route, made a stop for windshield fluid, stopping in middle of highway in traffic to use bathroom and then traffic zoomed by while she was in bathroom, had students using her phone to get route help, arrival time over an hour late… other PSU busses arrived much more promptly.

Cons: The bus driver stopped for 30 minutes to use the bathroom and I thought something was wrong with the bus because she didn’t say what was happening. We ended up being an hour later than when we were supposed to arrive, and when we arrived she didn’t grab the luggage for us under the bus and mine was super far in and I had to wait for everyone else to leave so I could dive under the bus to get my luggage because I was wearing a skirt. Tips: Don’t expect to be on time if you book fullington trailways.

Pros: The bus driver was very gentle and kind, she was on the lookout for all the passengers and she apologized very gently for the delay of the bus. The sits were very comfortable and it was quiet and safe. Cons: There was no communication between the bus company and the passengers, if I would have not called to ask, I would have never known that the bus was with a delay. Also the instructions of the location of were we take the bus in Philadelphia were confusing so again I needed to called the company to ask for something more specific. Tips: Always check out the status of your bus.

The bus broke down 20 minutes after leaving the terminal. Had to wait 2 hours for a new bus.

The fair could be improved. It was too expensive. Printing of tickets could also be avoided. I wish there could be more than one bus a day.

Pros: On time departure. Friendly staff. Safe trip. Cons: Seat was just a little uncomfortable but most likely because of the length of the trip. Tips: Easy to book trips.

Pros: It was very straightforward, no worries on the way there or back. Cons: Not really sure, slightly larger aisle maybe but that would mess with the dimensions of the bus entirely. Tips: Just get to the station on time and enjoy the trip.

Pros: It was a smooth ride and I liked the options of places to get off rather than having to walk all the way home. Cons: There were issues with finding open seats that led to a delay so fixing that would be my only possible improvement. Tips: Get there early for ideal seating and smooth entry and always print out your ticket.

Pros: Not driving. Cons: Promptness. Communication. Bus over 75 minutes late. An email or text message could have been sent out to reassure travelers that bus was still in route.

Pros: The price was affordable. Cons: The bus arrive @ 45 minutes late, and we left almost an hour after the scheduled departure. There wasn't an explanation given. We arrived in to Port Authority Bus Terminal in NYC about an hour later than scheduled. Tips: Maybe they can give some communication as to why the bus arrived late at our origin; no communication was given. The bus terminal in Easton had already closed for the evening, so there weren't any communications as to what was going on.
