Pros: Was very hard to find the station in Ottawa, a VIA sign on the Main Street to turn to the station would help. I missed my tip because of that and have to buy a new ticket. Cons: My trip was over priced.

Pros: It was great. New to Canada and train trips and it’s so nice to be able to “kick back and watch a movie”. It allowed me to be able to hop off the train ready to go!! Cons: Price was very expensive. I want to use VIA more but I can’t at that price. Tips: Try it!! Improve your train of thought!!

Pros: It was my first time on the train,the ride was long the seats for me were not that comfortable because I have a displaced hip. Cons: Not sure how you could improve the seats but maybe a small cushion.

The ride was so smooth, it lulled me to sleep. Very enjoyable ride.

Pros: Comfortable, arrived according to schedule. Cons: As a senior I needed help getting on the train with my baggage. The attendant didn’t assist me and when asked he told me to do it myself.
