Pros: It was hassled free; the bus left on scheduled time but due busy immigration and bad weather which was not in the operator’s control, arrival time was late. The driver was very good at his job and I will definitely travel with Trailways again. Cons: Make announcements on situations such as the reason bus has to pull off to the side of the road or new estimated time of arrival, etc. Keep passengers informed because when you are in the know, you tend to get less panicked and adjust better to and accommodate to your present situation. Also, having an estimated arrival time gives you time to connect your pickup contacts so they can make adjustments to accommodate their needs. Provide wi-fi for passengers to access during travels. Tips: Read the information or instructions provided when booking tickets and follow such instructions, procedures and guidelines.
