Greyhound

Pros: I was truly impressed by the driver, in addition, when we arrived in NYC, he continues to give directions to passengers who needed additional info. Cons: Stakeholders most definitely need to ERECT 🚌 adequate waiting area for passengers, especially during the ⛱️ summer/❄️ winter....cud do with workers to assist with heavy bags, especially for seniors!!!! Tips: distributions of maps for tourists.

What need improvement is the wifi it would be great if it stay on for the entire ride. Without tvs on the bus the travelers phones laptops and tablets are the only thing to keep the passengers entertained during their trip.
