Pros: Reclining seats. Cons: Staff in the office at East Broadway New York could be more professional and courteous. They were ignorant and not interested to answer customer’s questions. Also give clear instructions on where to board the bus in New York. Could do with working Wi-Fi on board. Tips: If you’re new in New York, make sure have enough time to find the bus stops out of New York.

Pros: That I was able to get to my destination eventually and the bus actually showed up To and From. Cons: Cleaner bathrooms the smell is horrible And better charger ports everybody doesn’t always have a regular charger so USB-C charger ports need to be installed on all buses especially the older ones and there could be more then one 15 or 30 min stop that’s another thing pls put WiFi on the bus. Tips: Just be prepared for anything literally.

Pros: I left my laptop on the bus over the seat. My bus left NYC on 103 Canal street at 8pm to Charlotte. I immediately called the bus company to let them know what happened and I left my phone number no one called me back. The laptop belongs to CMS. We did switch bus I believe in Virginia before arriving to Charlotte. Cons: Call back for lost items.

Pros: Getting to my destination in a timely matter. Cons: Honestly I felt bad for the driver who had to deal with an irate passenger. Tips: Sit in your seat and listen to the rules to get to your destination.

Pros: It was convenient to get to down in Canal Street and the price is right. Great job will be taking this again if I have to. Cons: I have no complaints. Tips: Be on time because the bus leaves on time.

Pros: The trip was ok until we broke down on the highway and had to wait over an hour for another bus. That's was a scary and dangerous situation. Cons: Keep checking maintenance on the buses. Anything could happen and people could get hurt or worse. Tips: None.
