Pros: Reasonable for the price. Cons: It was not on time. Tips: Make sure you bring cash to tip the driver or he will get mad.

Pros: It was a good trip the only thing was the bathroom was very nasty no one cleaned it and the entire bus smelled very bad. Cons: The bathrooms and making it mandatory that everyone wear their masks that was not enforced and there was so many people on the bus with no mask coughing and sneezing. Tips: Yes be prepared to stay mask up because people on the bus was sneezing and coughing no one was wearing their mask on the bus the drivers didn't care if you did or didn't wear one the bathrooms was nasty so be prepared to use the bathroom whenever they say you get a 10 or 15 minute break and be back to your bus on time so you don't get left.

Pros: I didn’t have to drive. Cons: The amount of people being allowed to travel on one bus should be lower due to COVID. Tips: Wear mask because a lot of people on the bus don’t and it’s to many people on the bus at once.

Cons: The bus arrived half an hour late, and the ticket specifically says to be at the bus stop 30 minutes early. This meant I spent over an hour standing in the freezing cold in Chinatown. I attempted to call customer service and spent over 25 minutes on hold without any answer. The building where the company’s office is does not have any signs to show that they are running a coach company, so it’s extremely hard to know where you are supposed to be. It wouldn’t take longer than 5 minutes for them to print a page with the company logo and stick it up so people know where they are going. And communication with the customers to warn them about delays would be a nice addition. Tips: Be prepared for the buses to be late/early, and bring sanitizer wipes or something because there was no time allowed between when the bus pulled up with other passengers and when I got on so the bus was not cleaned or disinfected. Not exactly good enough during a global pandemic.

Wanda Coach Bus Guide & FAQs

Do Wanda Coach buses have WiFi?

No, unfortunately Wanda Coach does not offer WiFi aboard its buses at this time. However, we find that a good book makes the time fly by and streaming services like Netflix allow you download TV shows and movies that you can then watch during your trip. Plan ahead and you will stay entertained during the entire bus ride.

Are there power outlets or USB plugs on the bus?

Yes, there are power outlets onboard Wanda Coach buses. You can generally find one or two sockets per row of seats, so be a good traveller and check if your seat neighbor might want to charge up their devices as well. With the onboard power outlets, you can charge both a computer and USB devices with a USB power adapter that typically comes with most phones and tablets.

Since Wanda Coach might sometimes use replacement bus vehicles, not all trips are guaranteed to have power points. We recommend to bring a power bank to charge your phone for all trips over 2 hours, just in case.

What is Wanda Coach's schedule?

On a typical day, Wanda Coach has 877 scheduled bus trips in total. However, the exact departure and arrival times vary depending on the day and route. The best way to find the exact schedule for your trip is to use the search tool on this page.

Can you pick up will call tickets at the station?

No, Wanda Coach does not offer will call tickets. You should purchase your tickets online and make sure you have everything you need to board before you arrive at the station.

Do you need an ID to get on the bus?

Yes, Wanda Coach requires you to present an ID to an agent to be allowed to board the bus. Make sure you have identification issued by a government agency that meets the carrier’s requirements. Alternative IDs, such as a college ID, won’t work.

What are Wanda Coach’s COVID-19 policies?

Visit our COVID-19 Travel Guide to view the most up-to-date information about Wanda Coach’s cleaning protocols and adjusted ticket change policies during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Are there bathrooms on Wanda Coach buses?

Yes, there are bathrooms on Wanda Coach buses. The bathrooms are pretty basic and include a toilet, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Most bathrooms don’t have running water. As you will be using a bathroom on a moving vehicle, please use caution and hold on to a rail at all times.

Are meals or beverages available?

Wanda Coach does not offer meals or beverages onboard. We recommend you bring a drink and some snacks for your trip. We also suggest packing a reusable water bottle with you to reduce your impact on the environment. However, note that most buses do not allow you to bring your own alcoholic drinks.

Do you have to print your Wanda Coach ticket?

Wanda Coach does not require a printed ticket to board the bus. Instead, an eTicket is sent to you by email when you make your reservation. You can use your smartphone to show this eTicket to the ticketing agent as you board.

Does Wanda Coach offer any premium features like extra legroom or movies?

Wanda Coach goes the extra distance to deliver premium features to its customers.

Movies are provided during the bus trip to keep you entertained. Don’t forget to bring your favorite pair of headphones, as headphones are not always included on the bus. We recommend in-ear noise cancelling headphones due to their small size.
