Pros: We got there early good driver. Cons: N/a. Tips: Good service.

Pros: The price was good. Cons: The bus broke down and we had to wait over 3 hrs for another bus. So I was 7hrs late getting to NYC. But at least they let us wait on the bus. If the bus was safety checked before it pulled off this could’ve been avoided. Tips: You get what you pay for .

Pros: Staff was very informative with the stops and directions. Cons: Seats were very worn out. Tips: Make sure you bring a standard charger.

Just being more on time. Second time using this company and both times were late. And the drivers speaking clearer and loud to specify the location of there stop that way someone may not miss there stop.

Hygiene and maintenance of the bus. The bus has not been cleaned in a while. The seats are encrusted with old food and drink spillage. The bathroom was the worst which had either black mold or thick layer of dark dust covering the walls. The bathroom lacked toiletries of any kind, no hand sanitizer or tissue. It was completely filthy. Truly the bathroom could cause a respiratory infection for comprised immune systems.

Pros: That we FINALLY arrived! Cons: Staff should be fluent in English to communicate better and know how to control the temperature appropriately.

Pros: The free plastic bags which help me when I was vomitting and also which help to put away fetal waste because there is no toilet paper nor water to flush toilet. Cons: Toilet , air-conditioning and sanitary convenience, as if it's human beings traveling and not animals. Tips: Sanitation, toilet and and equal seating with Chinese and others need to be improved this is América, equality matters.
