Pros: Pricing. Cons: Timing, bus arrived at destination 1:30 hrs late! Tips: Be aware that arrival/departure times are not correct, estimated at best. Bus arrived late for pick up and was 1.5 hrs late to reach destination. There were no updates or information given by staff about trip delays.

Pros: Tickets were cheap. Cons: There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, traveling both to and from. There were people smoking on the bus causing my asthmatic child to have an attack. Tips: Spend the extra to find a better bus.

Pros: We arrived safe. Cons: Bathroom smell, seat arrangements,. Tips: Be ready because lots of homeless people on this ride. Lots of bad smell.. some even smoked cigarettes on the bus where there are kids. It’s really crazy.

Pros: I arrived alive and safely. Cons: The bus was pumping heat and we were suffocating on the ride. The other travelers begged thr driver to open the window or turn off the heat. The driver stated it was a mechanical problem. Tips: I have no comment.

You all NEED TO INFOM PEOPLE of THE CROSS STREETS ON CENTRAL AVE. where bus will meet, AS THERE ARE TWO BUS STOPS ON Central Ave in Albany, that this Chinese bus stops at. I took city bus to the further one, not realizing I could have taken the closer one which would have saved me time and I would not have missed my initial bus. There should be a stop at or closer to Albany University since almost everyone on bus was from the university and bus was full and I'm sure it like this every Friday as many students go home for the weekend. Many families will be visiting the university for tours with their children for possible admissions and I think it should easier to get to the University than to discourage prospective students and families from Albany University. I hope by next year when my child may be going there some changes are made and a closer stop to the University would be made available. Thanks.
