Pros
Our bus driver was polite, professional and got us to our destination safely. Additionally, I thought we made great time.
Cons
It was a nice ride for the most part. It was a nighttime bus ride, so a lot of people were trying to get some rest. There were a small number of people who were listening to their tv shows/iPads at annoyingly loud volumes.
Tips

Pros
It was easy enough to make the arrangements and the seat size was adequate. The bus left and arrived on time and the driver did a good job keeping everyone under control in terms of noise, etc.
Cons
WiFi access and phone charging access would be extremely helpful. Assigned seating would relieve the need to line up early at the station and race other people for seat access.
Tips
You will want to line up 20 - 30 minutes before departure if you are with someone or you may not get a seat together.
