Pros: Bus was not located at designed area. Instead bus was parked behind the corner of where it was supposed to be, and we last minute found the bus because someone else thought to search the other blocks for this bus. Really disappointed there was no communication from the bus on the new pick up location. Additionally, bus was very delayed arriving at station due to not accounting for road repairs happening in Boston, so we arrived an hour late due to 30 minutes of traffic and 30 minutes needing to circle around all the Boston construction zones. Won’t take this bus in the future. Cons: Better communication on bus pick up location and ETA for arrival. Tips: If you can’t find your bus, look around on the other streets near the designated pickup.

Convenient way to travel!

Pros: We were on time and it was clean and quiet. Cons: The table wasn’t working on my seat. Tips: No.

There was no sign for the bus stop in Boston, what was a bit annoying, as the bus was a bit on delay.

Pros: The bus driver was so kind and great at driving, I've never been on a smoother bus ride from Boston to New York before! Cons: Wifi was said to be included, but wasn't working well. Tips: If you have Regina from OurBus, you're in luck! She was the best driver I've had.

Pros: Highly recommend this early 8am bus on a Sunday. We make it to AC 20 mins early. Friendly and professional driver, comfy bus. Tips: They give you a small bottle of water when you get on. No other food / bev permitted.

Pros: Easy in general, JJ was nice and informative. Cons: Charging stations were only working on left side so had to change seats. Tips: Throw away your garbage and water bottles so driver does not have to……

Pros: Easy ride and I got to relax during the ride. Cons: It was fine but didn’t have much turnaround time before heading back.

Smooth drive

Pros: Coming back from newyork to Washington was quick with no stops at all. Going from Washington to newyork, we’re many stops. Cons: I think it’s good but if u can pick up from Alexandria Va that would be great. Before there was a bus picking up from Eisenhower avenue va. Tips: No need because everyone knows about this but. I remember 20 years ago I used to take this bus round trip Washington/ newyork, it wasn’t this full like now.
